Processing on your device
Game progress
High scores, collected fish, missions, purchased hats and scarves, the free play time used and your settings are stored only on your iPhone.
Motion sensor
Only if you choose “Tilt iPhone” under Options › Controls, Panik-Pinguin reads your iPhone’s tilt during a run to tilt the game world. These values are used immediately in the game and are neither stored nor transmitted.
In-app purchase
The full version is purchased entirely through Apple’s App Store. The developer receives no payment or personal data. The app only asks Apple whether the full version has been purchased. Apple’s privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Your rights
As the developer does not collect any personal data, no data about you is held by the developer. Deleting the app removes all game data from your device. For privacy questions, contact me at the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
