The developer of NotfallTandem does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics or tracking, and no developer servers. The app works without an internet connection.

Learning progress
Your answers, exam results, case notes, bookmarked questions, learning path and settings are stored only on your iPhone. You can delete them at any time under Einstellungen › Alle Eingaben löschen.
Feedback by email
When you tap Anmerkung or Rückmeldung an den Support, your mail app opens with a prepared text (module, question number, app and iOS version). The app itself sends nothing. Only when you send the email do I receive your email address and message. I use them solely to handle your request and improve the content, and delete the email once it is resolved (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Please do not include patient data.

Explanations cite their sources, often with links to guidelines or product information. Tapping a link opens the provider's website in your browser, where the provider's privacy policy applies.
In-app purchase
The full version is purchased entirely through Apple's App Store. The developer receives no payment or personal data; the app only asks Apple whether the full version has been purchased. Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Your rights
Since the app collects no personal data, the developer holds no data about you other than emails you send yourself. For those you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Deleting the app also removes your learning progress from your device. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
